I’m honored to unveil the 8 incredible competitors invited to our Big League KO Fall ’25 Season’s Premier Pool. We went looking for the best players in North America and the continent did not disappoint. These 8 will be competing for a prize pool of over $300!

Mags – Our reigning BLKO Premier Champion and Premier Heavy Hitter. Took the grand finals last season in a nail-biting reset at UTF 16 (check out the highlights at https://fightrise.com/utf-winners/)! He had a dominating run in the regular season, which will be interesting to see if he can repeat. Of course, Mags is a legend in the SF scene and it’s just a treat to have him here showing us some incredible matches.
Freezie – The phenom from the deserts of Arizona returns to the Premier Pool. An incredible showing last season; fell just short of taking it all in a crazy back and forth Grand Finals against Mags. I’m sure he’s not happy with 2nd place and wants to take it all and I’m happy to give him the opportunity. This young man’s future in Street Fighter is exceptionally bright – it’s hard not to root for him!
Lazyboredom – FightRise’s community champion is back to show off what Marisa can do. Proving, as always, he’s anything but lazy with a recent top 3 TNS result and a top 8 at Duel Academy since the last BLKO season – you know he’s leveled up. Make no mistake, everyone in the Premier Pool is locked up in here with HIM!
MikeX – With MikeX we have a Capcom Cup contender in BLKO this season! He had a storybook run to make it to Capcom Cup X in 2024. Mike is a prolific Street Fighter player taking more than a few characters to the top of the leaderboards. One of Canada’s best if not THE BEST from that region. Will he crush BLKO? I can’t wait to see it.
wkd – The best Modern Ken in North America returns to the Premier Pool. With an exciting post-season run that saw him getting a solid 3rd place finish; I don’t think he’s satisfied. Don’t underestimate what he can do – he’s got an incredible talent and a kinetic playstyle that surprises everyone he meets. I can’t wait to see what upsets he pulls off this season!
GuyGuy – In my search for a grappler for this Premier Pool there was only one answer. GuyGuy enters the fray with one of the best Zangiefs in the world. I don’t say that lightly. An impressive 3rd at GOML and exciting runs at Combo Breaker and CEO. Look out for this rising talent and one of New York’s best!
IAmHermit – If you watch Can Opener each week you definitely know IAmHermit. One of the strongest Kim players in the country and lately showing off some incredible Elena as well. Ontop of that a budding content creator with some very helpful videos to level up your game. Hali – One of the best Cammy players on the continent and you probably haven’t heard of them haha! A true giant killer and a dark horse in this race. Hali has taken out some big names online and in bracket but is still relatively unknown. I’m happy to shine a light on their skills and give them a chance to show off what they are capable of. Don’t underestimate this KILLER BEE!
